A ReFashioned Holiday Dress

Remember this post and this outfit that I was going to use for its lovely fabric.

Well, here is what it got turned into:

Plus, I had to make a little headband to match.

And I must say, my little cutie looked mighty precious in it!

Look at these pieces a friend gave to me:

She didn't want to let these beautiful fabrics just get tossed- I'm glad because they are gorgeous! The velvet is so heavy and plush- yum! Free fabric goes right along with my theme of a handmade holiday. Just you wait and see what it's becoming!!

ReFashioned Camera Strap

I was trying to come up with something to give as a thank-you for a photographer. I was drawing a blank and then came across some cute camera straps. Of course I thought, "Oh I should try that." So I did, and this is what turned out.

I just took the plain black strap off and reused the ends... hopefully it's recipient likes it as much as I do!
