I'm loving knits, and slowly learning how to work more with them. Knit is especially great for the little ones as it is soft and stretchy and flows as your kiddo twirls, crawls, climbs, flips, and moves in every which way! I had bought a bunch of knit over a year ago and never really used it. The other day I pulled it out, dug up a matching cotton, and made this cute and comfy dress for K.
At first it was going to be sleeveless, but I had this image in my head of little ruffled sleeves. After adding them in, I was so glad that I did. The dress fits her great and has some room to grow so she can wear it for a while.
